Application for SaS for didg of Chard

Requirements:

· Applicant must be level 1 or above. I am level one.

· Applicant must be a resident of Somerset County. I am a resident of Chard.

· Applicant must supply a reason for wanting to join. It sounded interesting.

· Does applicant have a SAS Sponsor? Alisa is my sponsor.

· Does applicant belong to any unauthorized/ criminal groups? No.

· Does applicant have a criminal record in the last 6 months? No.
